Lindsay - Office Manager

Lindsay hails from Decatur, Indiana. Her dental career began in 2007 when she took on a front office position. She joined our practice in 2011, and since that time she has developed a deep appreciation for the incredible women that she gets to work with; she says the dental team is like a family. Lindsay married her husband Xavier in 2004. Together, they had two children named Devin and Natalia who are now in highschool and pursuing their talents in guitar and dance, respectively. When she’s not at the office, Lindsay loves reading, working out, and spending time with her friends by the pool or beach. An interesting tidbit about Lindsay is that her ancestry traces back to Peel Castle on the Isle of Man, adding a historical depth to her family’s background.

Bailey - Dental Insurance Coordinator

After becoming a Certified Expanded Duties Dental Assistant in 2010, Bailey gained extensive experience across pediatrics, oral surgery, and general dental assisting, skills she acquired from Lanier Technical College and through continuous professional development. Hailing from Suwanee, GA, Bailey is deeply rooted in her community where she lives with her husband and their two energetic boys. Her role here allows her to build lasting relationships with patients, aiding them in navigating their insurance benefits to maximize their treatment outcomes. Bailey has two very active sons, who love playing sports. In her free time, Bailey enjoys hanging out with her family and cooking. She actually reads old cookbooks as if they were novels!

Britt - Sleep Medicine Coordinator

Britt has brought profound comfort and relief to patients over her 18 years of rich experience in the dental field. Her career began as a Pediatric Dental Assistant, and over the years, she has gained certifications in expanded duties, X-ray, IV placement, and she worked as both an Oral Surgeon and Orthodontic Assistant. Born in Warner Robins, GA, and raised in Cumming, Britt now resides in Gainesville with her husband, Andy, their son Ryland—who passionately pursues baseball at a competitive level—and their two dogs, Ryleigh and Beau. Britt is a fervent fan of the Braves and UGA, often found cheering at games or relaxing at the lake. Her favorite aspect of her job is interacting with patients post-treatment, sharing in their joy as they discover the transformative impact of their oral appliances on their daily lives and sleep quality.

Reagan - Dental Assistant

Reagan has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She is DANB certified and an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant, educated at the University of South Carolina-Aiken and Aiken Technical College. Reagan excels in helping patients regain confidence through brighter smiles, a reflection of her deep commitment to patient care. Originally from Greenville, SC, Reagan has been married since 2008 and is a proud mother of two sons who love football and soccer. The family enjoys the company of their two dogs, a Great Dane and a Chihuahua. Outside of work, Reagan loves the outdoors—whether it’s boating in the Florida Keys, attending her sons' games, or cheering for the SC Gamecocks. Summertime finds her by the pool, her happiest place, soaking up the sunshine.

Monica - Dental Assistant

Monica has been a part of the team for over 6 years. A graduate from the University of North Georgia and the Georgia School of Dental Assisting, Monica excels in providing patients with comforting and positive dental experiences, particularly for those with previous dental anxieties. Born and raised in Cumming, Georgia, Monica is happily married and a proud mother of two young boys, aged two years and seven months. Her role here allows her to blend her professional skills with her natural compassion, ensuring that every patient feels at ease and well-cared for during their visit. Outside of work, Monica loves spending quality time outdoors with her family, whether it's camping, traveling, or baking sweets and bread. Her life may be centered around her family and work, but she finds great joy and fulfillment in the simple pleasures that life with her boys brings.

Caitlin - Dental Assistant

Caitlin started her Dental journey at the Accelerated Dental Assisting Academy. Caitlin thrives on the personal connections she forms with patients, enjoying each catch-up as an opportunity to contribute to their health and wellness. Originally from St. Mary's, Georgia, Caitlin now lives with her husband Brett, their newborn daughter Rowan, and their two dogs, Duck and Ruger. The couple has grown together over eight years, celebrating nearly two years of marriage. Outside of her professional life, Caitlin is an avid outdoor enthusiast who loves photography, hiking, and snowboarding. Her love for nature and animals keeps her busy, and she cherishes the time spent exploring the outdoors with her family. Her life reflects a deep commitment to her passions, family, and career, making her a valued member of the Bragg Dental team.

Whitney - Dental Hygienist

Initially born in Cumming, Georgia, Whitney started working in a dental office just one year after graduating from high school. She ultimately completed the Dental Hygiene program at Lanier Tech, and today she is a dental hygienist who knows how important it is to educate patients and show them how the cleanliness of their mouth can impact their overall health. Whitney has been married since 2012, and she has two kids, whom she often coaches in basketball. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her family, riding in four-wheelers, fishing, and going to the beach.

Karen - Dental Hygienist

Raised in Forsyth County and an alum of North Forsyth High School, Karen deeply values her local roots. During her high school and college years, she worked for a local orthodontist, which fueled her passion for dentistry. She earned her degree in Dental Hygiene in 2009 from Gainesville State College and Lanier Technical College. Karen is passionate about dental hygiene and takes great satisfaction in helping her patients in various ways, always striving to ensure that each patient has the best possible experience during their visits.Outside of the dental office, she loves spending quality time with her husband and their two children. The family cherishes their outdoor adventures, especially camping, hunting, and fishing, making the most of their moments together in nature.

Racheal - Dental Hygienist

Racheal is a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist at Bragg Dental, where she has served for over three years and has been in the dental field for over fifteen years. A graduate from Lanier Technical College, her career began as a dental hygiene assistant and sterilization tech, which paved the way to her current role. Passionate about dental hygiene, Racheal is committed to helping patients achieve optimal oral and whole-body health through gentle yet thorough care.Originally from Winder, GA, Racheal lives with her husband Jake, their children Amelia and Hudson, and their German Shepherd, Maverick. The family enjoys camping and hiking together, and Racheal is an avid Alabama football fan. An interesting tidbit about her is that she once survived a brown recluse spider bite. Yikes! Racheal's dedication to her profession and her adventurous spirit make her a valued member of the Bragg Dental team.

Jennyfer - Dental Assistant

Jennyfer brings dental experience from her training at the Accelerated Dental Academy in Cleveland, GA, where she earned her dental assisting certification and a Basic Life Support certificate. Jennyfer is passionate about patient care, ensuring everyone leaves satisfied. Originally from Gainesville, GA, she is the eldest of four siblings with roots in Mexico. Outside dentistry, Jennyfer’s passions include cooking, nail art, and crafting, particularly making cards and decorating gift boxes. Her artistic skills beautifully complement her professional role, making her a cherished member of the team.
